1997 Dodge Ram 1500 Transmission Change?

I'm changing the trans in my dodge ram 1500 - 5.9 and I would like to know how far back should the toque converter into the front pump.I've turned it while pushing back on to make sure it's seated right but it still seams like it's not back far enough.How can I check to make sure that it's in right

Push and turn it, if you dont think it's all the way on then it probably isn't.
