1997 chrysler town and country won't start?

I have a 1997 Chrysler Town and Country van. It started out very good van 3 weeks after owning it it wouldn't start. I found that if i would disconnect the battery for awhile it would be ok for another 2 or 3 weeks. Same problem would occur. Same fix. Had a garage go over it they came to conclusion that the body control module (bcm) was bad. There is no replacement available for my van because of alarm system so i was searching E-bay and found 1. Placed it in van it ran great for 3 weeks now same symptoms. HELP.
 
Very odd problem especially bec you're saying it occurs every 3 wks lol

Indeed if disconnecting the battery resets the system and that causes it to start up etc it could be a main comp = PCM issue or the alarm system itself is defective.
