the wipers work, everything else works, the hazard lights and turn signals will not work. I have power at the fuse,there are good connections at the multi-function switch. The lights themselves will come on with park and headlights, no bad bulbs.
The problem was the small 2 wire connector at the positive battery cable. The connector had backed out of the bolt on the battery lug. Put it in the correct position and tightened down the bolt and the signals and hazards work properly.
