1997 Chevy k2500, guages won't read, fuse keeps blowing...?

I have a 1997 chevy k2500 5.7L 350, with a 5spd manual transmission and i put a clutch in it and now the damn thing won't start. The guages don't read and when i turn the key it draws power because the lights dim and the radio will turn off, but it won't start. Idk how this happened puttin a clutch in, but i need help plz..
