My 1997 Cavalier won't start. I've had the battery tested and they told me it was still good. When I was looking under the hood I noticed a fuse box. I tryed to take out the ING fuse and look at it. When I put the fuse back in the car it tried to turn over. So I took it back out and the put it back in this time it didn't do anything. Did I Short curcuit somthing when I did this.
