5 yrs ago my a/c clutch went out on my truck. So i bought a bypass pulley for the truck,Now i am looking to buy another compressor for it,My question is can i just put the compressor on and recharge it? They told me i'ts cheaper to buy a compressor than to go to the trouble of replacing clutch,so i got rid of the old compressor, Everything looks to be fine under the hood,back when i had a/c i had no problems till the clutch froze up.Again can i just put a new compressor on it and recharge from there???
