1997 Chevrolet Blazer brake lights arent' working?

The brake light at the very top of my truck is working but the two brake lights in the back of my SUV are not. I replaced the bulbs, fuse , and brake switch and they still are not working neither are the back lights when i turn my hazards on. All my other lights are working fine. I don't know what's the problem.
 
Switch board in the tail light. It is a common problem with that generation Chevy truck
the light gets hot and melts the board
I have replaced many of them
you can order a new board on e-bay
 
my mom has the EXACT same car...the same thing happeneed to it...
what im saying is dont worry...sometimes if a lot of water or humitidy gets around that area long enough to seap through it just dies for a few days-weeks and it normaly works after a while of dryness
