1996 Toyota Celica Wont Start?

About 4 months ago I replaced the battery in my 1996 Toyota Celica. It is a manual transmission and has 185,000 miles. The car ran and started fine after I replaced the battery until recently. Now it wont start again. However, I am able to jump it and drive it after it has been jumped. When I shut off the engine and try to turn it back on right away, it starts but after a few hours it wont. This makes me think it's not the starter or the alternator. My best guess is that there is a short somewhere that is slowly drawing power from the battery. Please help.
