So i fixed the problem i had befor with the jets the problem was that the rubber 0 ring was bad and was getting tones of fuel in it and had a vacume problem. so no it kinda backfires a little and is not going as fast as it usualy would so now i have no clue how to sync them i dont have the tool to tell is there a way to do it with out and exactly how would i do it.

Resynchronizing the carbs. will not take care of the backfiring.
You need a tool fro doing this task and a remote fuel source.

If you just had the carbs off the bike then I'm sure you saw the small capped fitting on the top of each carb. snug closer to the engine side? This is where the sync. tool is hooked up to. It make take 10 minutes to get them set correctly and you can also "bench" synchronize them as well.

BAckfiring may be a valve sticking(that's a long shot) or a float sticking closed inside one of the carbs,
