Hey, I just recently bought a 96 Pontiac Sunfire. Everything runs great except for a windshield wiper problem. They work and stuff, its just when i turn them off or turn the car off...they won't go down and stay stuck in the middle of the windshield. I have tried doing some googling and looking around the internet and many people have had this problem in this model/make, but can't find an answer anywhere. I am not really a car person, so explanation would be amazing.
