and still Overheating? I have replace the overflow cap, thermostat,water pump, i drained out the old coolant and replaced it with new after i replaced them all. the fans work i have checked them the radiator was pressurized and was fine. i had a mechanic tell me the heater core was not the issue because the was no coolant leaking from it. and it doesn't seem to be a cracked head gasket.
Ok what the car is doing. it only seems to over heat when its being driven. when it sits idol it won't overheat. the heater inside the car is cool air. when you 1st start the car with the cap off the overflow it steams and bubbles within a min after starting it.
