so i have a 1996 mazda protege LX i just bought it and when i go into reverse from park it jerks even though my foot is completely on the brake.I checked my fluids and everything is full and clean.. i also smelled my transmission and it doesn't smell burnt or anything and want to know whats wrong with it and if my car can still be saved...
