1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited Good deal?

Guy is selling a 96 grand cherokee I6. Sunroof motor is broken. Left mirror is flooded with red fluid (used for heating it). A/C doesn't work. Seats are cracking a bit. Seems to accelerate much slower than my 98 laredo, and doesn't brake as well. Has a tow hitch and a bunch of luxury stuff that I don't care too much about. Costs 2K. Good deal?
 
How much is the mileage? To me, I those seem like minor problems, especially for the age of the Jeep. But, if the miles are well over 150,000, then I wouldn't bother.
