1996 honda prelude s 16 valve?

i got a honda prelude with 236xxx miles. im thinking about buying a engine rebuild kit. but im wondering how much would it cost for labor? the max i would pay for labor is $150 us. please help also i dont wanna take it to atuo place cause there'll ask for a bunch. i know some people that know how to do that but i wanna know a good price for the labor..
