1996 Honda Prelude Clutch?

As i was driving, i noticed that when i shift from 1st gear, to 2nd, i notice no change. Same thing goes to 3rd and 4th and 5th gear. It sounded like its staying in one gear and it took very long to build up speed, even if i revved it up to 7k RPM, the speed still stayed the same. Then I couldn't even go up a small hill in 2nd gear. Now my car won't even move. Is it because i have a bad clutch?
 
Sounds like the clutch is slipping. don't know what the mileage on the car is but the clutch is usually good for about 150,000 miles

Check the fluid level in the clutch master cylinder. if its low chances are the clutch is toast. You can top it off if its low but I don't think that will help.
