1996 Honda Magna knock in left rear cylinder.?

I noticed a slight knock in the rear left cylinder after riding the other day. The bike has been running great, and the oil level is still full.
The bike still runs good but the knocking gets a little worse at higher rpm. Anyone have any ideas on what it may be?
