I recently bought a 1996 Honda civic, the speedometer area doesn't light up when the lights are on, and the speedometer doesn't work so when u drive it you can't tell exactly how fast your going. Does anyone know what this is? I'm not that familiar with cars. Is it something I can buy at like a auto zone n replace that way?
