1996 honda accord with 190k miles?

As a technician in training, it is a fair price for a car with that many miles. Hondas, like most japanese cars, are very reliable and are generally not expensive for reapirs. As long as all the regular maintenance has been done(oil change, tire, tune up...) it shouldnt have any immediate major problems. I would highly recommend buying this car if it was being sold from a private owner and not a dealer, but it should last a while.

Small note, my dad bought a used 1987 toyoyta 4runner, it is now at over 200000 miles ans still running with small problems, water pump, alternator, but will continue to last given the japanese engineering.

Ask the seller if you can take it to your mechanic so that he can check it out. Small price to pay for peace of mind.
