1996 Ford Mustang v6?

im thinking about selling my 96 mustang but the thing is i was driving and it threw a rod so the engine is completely gone in it i thought about replacing the engine with another is if i could make a bit more money out of it or just leave the engine that it has in it now and sell it like that. So anyways any opinions on that and also the interior on the inside is very nice has 1 rip in the driver seat and 1 cig burn in the back (not from me i dont smoke) on the outside it has a small bump not very noticeable and some little ripples on the bumper thats all the bad things with it but everything else is nice. it has a cool ait intake an after market dual exhaust and some different head lights all together the exhaust cost around 900 cool air intake was around 150 and the head lights were around 125

Lastly if you were selling this car how much would you sell it for, also if you were going to buy this car how much would you buy it for im trying to get both sides here
