on idle it wont turn 1000 rpm and shakes bad.. it will not exceed 55 mph, at first i thought it was the turbocharger but i started it and watched inside it and all the blades were spinning and not worn out or chipped up.. i have run it low on diesel and that's when it started acting up . i replaced the fuel filter and drained the fuel out of it i also cleaned the bowl under the filter . nothing has helped it.i need help asap . i beleive it may possibly be a sensor of some sort but i do not know much about diesels.
