Anytime I start my truck, it has a loud annoying whining sound coming from under the hood. The whining is so loud, i actually cant even hear the Duel Exhaust Magnaflow thats under the truck. It's Really annoying. Ive had people tell me its the bottom idling pulley, and had some people tell me that my power steering pump is going out. Im not sure, and i dont wanna spend an excessive amount of money to have someone diagnose the problem. The truck is a 1996 Ford Explorer. V8. Whining does not go away at all, it actually seems to get louder the longer the truck is on. Any Idea?
