...mileage? I own a 1996 Ford Econoline E250 Cargo, with a 351 Windsor V8. I've been very pleased with the gas mileage my Econoline gets! Getting around 18MPG highway with a load. Though, I've been looking into a new van ( New, as in used, but a new van for me!
), a 2003 Ford E350 Passenger, with a 6.8 L Triton V10.
Getting a bigger van with a bigger engine is just asking for worse gas mileage, I know that. Every time I've mentioned the V10 to anybody, they shivered in disagreement. Is this engine really that bad? Does it really get that bad of gas mileage? What is the gas mileage when compared to my 1996 Ford E250 w/351 Windsor V8?
Thanks!
