1996 dodge neon no spark?

new battery, new alternator, new serpentine belt, new starter wires, new coil- no spark tested spark to plugs- nothing help!!! im sick of this
 
If you are not getting any spark I would say it is probably the computer or some other sensor that controls the timing.
 
Don't waste the time & money replacing parts that aren't wornout or broken. Trouble shoot & TEST the parts in question.
 
After all that I would lean towards the ignition module. Call your local parts store like Auto Zone and see if they can test that one.
