...and low speed only/ del? 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan, 3.8 engine. Wipers work fine when turned on but work on high and low speed only/ delay wipers don't delay. When you turn off switch they stop where they are not in park position and then they try to work again with the switch off, they then move erratically, stopping, starting, jerking allover the place and the only way to stop them is to pull the fuse… I replaced the multi function switch but it didn’t solve the problem. I am 67 years old, at a loss and have little money to work with. If you could tell me the problem it would be greatly appreciated. Tom
