My sebring will not start and the indicator on the dash reads that the car is in reverse when I get ready to start it, therefore, it will not start because I cannot put the car in park or neutral. The transmission goes through all of the gears but the indicator only reads R to D 3 2 1 and not showing park or neutral necessary for it to start. Why is this?
