1996 chevy z-71,wont start in warm weather during winter, starts when its cold outside?

when temp outside is below 60 engine will start,it always has spark and fuel,just wont fire up when it is warm outside
 
When you start your car, press the accelerator all the way down to engage the choke. Then let go. Press again only a little bit. try it this way. Seems that by the cold weather the choke automatically turns on. Many don't know about this. And it is even in the owners manual or the visor on many cars.
