1996 Chevrolet Blazer 2-Door 4WD motor?

I have a 96 Chevy Blazer 2-door 4WD SUV. It has 162000 miles on it and only has an idle issue which isn't a big deal currently. It just idles funny my dad said. Well plus the driver window doesnt roll down and the back windshield wiper doesnt work but no big deal.

I was wondering, if the engine/motor would go...how much and where could I get a new motor? And if this would happen and I make a claim on my insurance would they help pay for it?
