1996 Buick Lesabre Limited with Electronic Ride Control?

I had my tires changed the other day at a tire center. They used a frame hoist to do the work. Now it seems that my DynaRide air suspension does not lift up the vehicle. It worked fine before I brought it in to get the tires changed. Test I have found led me to check the electric compressor. It said to attach an air pressure gauge and turn the key on until the test gauge reads 100 PSI. I stopped right there because the air ride compressor shot up to about 45 psi and could not create more pressure than that. Is it possible that when they lifted my car up that they ruined the diaphragm or something in the compressor or is this just a coincidence? It states in the owners manual that anytime the car is to be lifted to change a tire, jack it up by the rear axle assembly or front control arm, never by the frame unless absolutely necessary. If vehicle must be lifted by a frame hoist, use jacks or jackstands on the axle assembly or control arm assembly to keep the tires at the normal trim height at all times.
