I put the paper clip in and nothing happens, light just stays on, doesn't blink codes.
Anyone know what I can do?

my guess is that it's a OBD II that was put in a 1995 and shouldn't have been until 1996, so that's why it doesn't work with a paper clip.
I have a scanner, but none of the adapters work with the attachment in the car, it's not the normal attachment
