1995 toyota celica turning over but won't start.?

I drive a 1995 toyota celica and it will turn over but won't start just makes this weird noise. I thought maybe my gas light was just broken and i needed gas so i put gas in and still didn't work. any ideas?

Hmmm. well man i got a couple, it could be the starter. But mostly i think its ur fuel pump man. get that checked out.
