I have a 1995 Pontiac Firebird... My security light keeps on flashing and thus, I cannot turn my car over. I have already tried unlocking and re-locking the doors. I have taken the negative battery terminal off to try and reset the system. I even took BOTH of them off to try to get the system to reset. Left the terminals off for about 2 minutes. Nothing worked. Gonna try to use my other key (as each key has a microchip in it) to see if that will work. I basically need some other ideas, or ideally, the location to the wiring for the security system and whether or not my car will still function if I were to cut the lines to the system as a whole. I have no desire to keep it for another 6 months, and it will be going to the junkyard anyways. I need my car to get me to work until then. Please help!!
