1995 Pontiac Firebird ignition is stuck?

We took it for a drive. It has no issues either. When we went back out to start it, the ignition (the place you insert the key, in the steerling column) is stuck. It will not move forward or reverse.

The steering wheel is straight, we have already moved it and that is not the issue.

Any ideas?
