1995 Pontiac Bonneville stalling at stop signs?

When my car gets a little low on gas, not ALL the way to empty with the alert light on, just in the orange area, it will tend to stall when i stop at a light or when I'm making a turn. It sputters a little and if i don't let off the break for a second, it turns itself off. When I start it up again, it runs fine, until the next stop or turn. Is this problem gas-related or am I mistaken in making the correlation between the two? And I put fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank. What exactly did that do? THANK YOU for your help!!

Your fuel pump is failing. When you run the tank below 1/8 to 1/4 full, the fuel pump gets hot and burns out. The fuel pump need the gas to keep it cool and lube it. Also, your fuel filter may need replaced.

Fill it up and if it doesn't do it then it's gas related. Maybe your gas gauge isn't working correctly and it's really lower than it says. Or it could be a plugged fuel filter
