1995 mazda protege heat&blowermotor not working is there a fuse or relay to check? if so where is it?

ive changed the blower motor thinking that was it i also realize that i could be my resistor im just wondering where and what relay/fuse would stop both my heat and my blower motor

Additional Details
1995 mazda protege ha sorry ive typed that so many times i must have forgot


40 amp heater fuse is good and the 10 (a/c) fuse under the hood is good
