1995 Mazda Millenia Clock does not work?

One day my clock stopped working and A/C display went off. It does not work properly anymore. I can switch it on only in the the max mode. I checked the fuses (inside the car) - they seem fine. Cabin lights and the radio works as well.

Please advise how I can fix myself. I am pretty handy.
