Two days ago I was driving my car and out of nowhere, it just completely shut off. The speedometer & rpm gauges dropped. While coasting, I put it in neutral and turned the ignition key all the way off and turned the car on as if I was cranking it again. It started up and I put it back in drive and every 2 miles or so, I had to keep doing the same thing. I went to crank it back up this morning and it won't crank up at all. It turns over, but not cranking. I've checked the fuel pressure valve (checked fuel valve while wife turned car over and fuel sprayed out), I've put a new spark plug on the end of the wires and grounded the thread to metal to see if I got any spark and I did but unsure if it was enough voltage. I'm wondering, would this be caused by the coils not putting out enough volts? I've also checked all the fuses and there's no blown fuses.Maybe there's some kind of relay or some kind of sensor or module on this car that may keep the car running that I don't know about?
