1995 jeep wrangler four cyl - runs for few mins then starts to cut out like if clogged fuel filter but its new?

afterit runs for alil while it starts to cut out then i cut it off and it runs fine for a fewminutes idils fine if i floor it it seems to drown out it acts like its ether getting to little or too much fuel or maybe its not burning off hell im a mechinc and im stomped
