crank. Battery or something? if it is cold outside i have to sit and crank it for a few mins before it will crank up. if it is warm outside i have no problem... how can i fix this

If the motor is turning over good then its not the battery.. it sounds more like fuel or carburetor or the EFI and specifically the choke set up.
