Told clutch isn't working. Had it charged, only warm air. Is this clutch being told not to engage ? Not a mechanic here.
It was a Sears manager/mech who told wife it was the clutch not engaging. Same guy who told *me* my battery and charging system on it was ok..........NOT! bad cable - 13.8 at alternator and 12.6 at battery. A recheck proved I was correct. My worry is that if we buy a new compressor and system does not work, we're out money.
