when I press gas pedal it accelerates as if something is holding it backl. As soon as I let go of gas pedal it slows down dramatically. I'm ot sure maybe the brakes ar not letting go of the tire completely.It feels like the retarders of a bus or semi truck. It happens on the street and highway. My car consumes alot of gas and I think this might be the issue.
