I have a 95 honda civic with an electrical problem. The problem is that I have lost all power to my running lights, headlights, dash lights, and all instruments. Furthermore, the car will attemp to run when turning the key (ignition), but it won't stay on. Although, my interior light and radio wirk just fine - the battery is fully charged.

The problem started with my dash light and rear running lights, but shortly included my speedo & tach. I live in an area where the freeways are riddled with potholes. One night, I hit one of these potholes when my remaining instruments lost power. I have tried:
Checking the battery - OK
Checking the battery connections - OK (because the radio, glove box, & interior lights work fine)
Checking the main fuse - OK
Checking the remaning engine comparment fuses - OK
Checking the main interior fuses under the dash - OK (none blown)
Checking the main ground wire between the steering column & center console/radio - OK
Checking the entire interior harness & sterring column connectors - OK
The alternator & belt is good.

Are there any other ground wires that I need to check?
Before I start testing every wire in the harness and the interior fuse block, are there any other obvious places I should be checking?
