I have a 95 Honda Accord that would not start and than started and ran for approx. 1 week. It now only runs with the starter engaged and than dies. I have checked the main starter relay and it checks out fine. I re-sautered the relay joints to make sure they where good. I can hear it click when attempting to start.
I can hear the fuel pump run when trying to start and when you disconnect the fuel line fuel will pump out.
I have check the coil for power which it has.
I have hooked up a timing lite up and it blinks when the starter is engaged.
I have check to make sure there is air movement out of the tale pipe...thinking of a clogged catalytic converter.
I checked the air filter it is dirty but not bad.
Could it be the pressure regulator?
I'm stumped! Have any ideas?
Thanks,
Matt
