1995 Ford Windstar Van will turn over but will not start or has trouble starting?

I have had trouble with my van before, and we replaced our battery. This was about 3 months ago so the battery is pretty new. We have come accross some new problems. Sometimes the van would stall and then wouldnt turn over for a few minutes. The other problem that we came across was that when we would turn on the car, even if i pressed on the gas, the van would rock back and forth as I am driving. The most recent problem we have with the van is: for the past 3 days, it will not start unless I pump the gas. It turns over, just has trouble starting. I was told by someone that It was the starter. But I was also told by someone else that, if it were the starter, the van wouldnt turn over at all. I was also told it might be the fuel injector. Everytime the van is turned off, I have to pump the gas again to start it. Im hoping someone can help me. this is my only transportation and without it i cannot get to work. please help but only if you know what you are talking about please.
