1995 Ford Mustang Starting Question.?

I have a 1995 ford mustang that just had a new radiator installed but after it was installed it has a had a mind of its own.. It will crank but wont start. For it to start I have to restart the computer. After that it starts ok.
What could be the problem?
 
It's a Ford...that's the problem...ok that was unfair. It is a '90s Ford.

Ashes to Ashes
Dust to Dust
If it wasn't for Ford
Our Tools would rust
