1995 Ford Explorer Lifts/Brush Guard?

I have a 1995 Ford Explorer 4.0 v6. Im looking for a lift for it but I dont know hardly anything about how to go about it. Also im looking for a brush guard if thats the right word for it. So can anyone tell me the possible ways to lift it, the price, and where i can get it and a site with brush guards would be nice. Thanks.
