Suddenly lost reverse, shifter points to other characters/ between characters (seems to skip over the reverse). Engine runs great, while driving it shifts fine; just no reverse. What could be the problem?
Have driven the vehicle and then switched it to drive 2 then drive 1, and the vehicle slowed and acted like it wanted to stop.
Transmission fluid is same color as if it just came out of the container, and level is good.
