1995 Ford Aspire on the highway?

Can someone tell me if a 95 Ford Aspire actually make it on the highway? I mean can it go between 60 and 80 mph. The cars engine has only 64 hp and its a pretty auto.
-Im asking this because im about to buy one and im not sure about it
