It has a button that says 'O/D Off'. Now, is it when the light is on, that O/D is off.... or is O/D off when the light is off?
To help clarify, when on the interstate and the light is off...it runs about 2000 rpms. When we click it and the light is on, the rpms shoot to 3000.
When we bought it, the light was off... so we arent sure exactly when it is off or on....
