I found the two wires chewed on by mice causing both wires to touch. removed connector to separate wires, still will not work. When testing voltage at the two wires it's a constant 14v. Never changes, the other connectors change from 0 to 2 volts. Check continuity between wires and found to be good all the way to the PCM. Is the PCM bad?
