1995 Dodge Neon, Leaking anti-freeze?

Can't exactly tell where it is leaking from because of all the damn shrouds and everything is packed in there so friggin tight. It's a straight drip down basically about six inches in from the passenger tire. I am guessing the water pump but I'm not sure. I don't see any spray which would lead me to believe its no hose or some kind of line. There was hardly any antifreeze left in the radiator or cooling loop. Any advice or suggestions where to look for the problem would be greatly appreciated. What would be your guess as a cost estimate to repair it if I took it in as it doesn't look like to much fun getting to the water pump if that is indeed the problem. So going to a local guy to have it fixed, what would be an estimate that seemed fair to repair this??? Thanks in advance for any help that can be given.
 
If it is your water pump it going to run you about 30 to 60 dollars for the pump and another 100 or so for labor. I would check the overflow line. My advice is to fill it with water and let it idle and see if you can spot where it dripping from.
